PART 1: SHIPPING POLICY

The ART SUTRA is delighted to ship our artworks to art lovers around the world. Please read below for full details on shipping times and methods.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping (India): 2 to 8 business days.

  • International Shipping: 9 to 27 business days.

Damages upon Arrival

If the product is damaged, you must make a note of it immediately when signing for delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Important: You must send a message with photo evidence to hir321p@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

PART 2: REFUND & RETURN POLICY

General Return Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Because our items are art pieces and often handmade, returns are only accepted if the goods are:

  1. Faulty/Damaged upon arrival.

  2. Wrongly described.

  3. Different from the product purchased (subject to the handmade disclaimer below).

Handmade & Color Disclaimer

If you order a 100% handmade painting, it will be very close to the image shown but not identical. Since each piece is painted by hand, there may be subtle variations in brushstrokes, texture, and color tones. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of original art and is not considered a defect.

Additionally, please note that the settings on your computer or mobile screen can cause slight variations in color. We ensure the design, layout, and overall feel remain true to the artwork.

How to Initiate a Return (For Damaged/Incorrect Items Only)

To be eligible for a return due to damage or error, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hir321p@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/issue.

  2. Authorization: All returns must be authorized by our customer service department prior to being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special commissions or personalized items).

  • Items damaged after use (unless specified under warranty).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • If delayed: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hir321p@gmail.com
